MMTTY – A lightweight, dedicated RTTY engine (great standalone or paired with logging software) https://hamsoft.ca/pages/mmtty.php
Other options are available, including Ham Radio Deluxe

Many modern SDR-capable rigs—such as the Icom IC-7300, Yaesu FT-991A, and similar radios—support digital modes with minimal setup and often no extra hardware required.

After earning their Amateur Radio licenses, they launched this weekly net to connect hams across Western New York. What started as a youth-led initiative has grown into a welcoming, regional net for hams of all ages and experience levels. It’s a great example of young operators keeping amateur radio vibrant and fun!
Coverage includes 13 Allstar linked repeaters from Buffalo to Rochester region, and Ontario, Steuben, Allegany Counties and Potter County PA.
Known for its relaxed, friendly atmosphere and strong regional participation, the net welcomes all licensed amateurs—whether you’re checking in locally or linking in from across the region.
